When you first discovered you were pregnant, did the thought of being a parent cross your mind? You may have said to yourself, “There’s no way I could afford to parent!”
We’re here to tell you that with determination and a lot of love, successful parenting is possible. Let us show you how.
Do I Have What It Takes to Be a Parent?
To be a successful parent, you must first answer a few essential questions. We can provide you with material support, education, encouragement, and community referrals. Consider the following:
- Do I have the support of my partner or my parents to raise my child?
- Where will I live?
- Can I continue my education or career while parenting?
- Where can I find reliable childcare?
- How will I financially support myself and my child?
- Do I have access to medical insurance?
- Do I have the determination to be a parent?
